Jobgether in Mexico is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to lead enterprise-scale data and AI initiatives. You will shape data ecosystems, design AI solutions from strategy to delivery, and balance hands-on analytics with product ownership and governance.

The role centers on building modular, reusable AI components, collaborating with engineers and business stakeholders, and guiding architecture discussions to production-ready outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Data Science, ML, AI Architecture, or related field.
• Strong foundations in statistics, mathematics, ML and cloud-native data platforms.
• Experience designing/orchestrating agentic AI systems, generative AI solutions, LLM apps.
• Product ownership mindset with backlog and roadmap planning.
• Deep understanding of data quality, lifecycle, privacy, governance, and stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Design and orchestrate agentic AI workflows, LLM-based solutions, and intelligent autonomous systems.
• Translate business objectives into structured backlogs, user stories, and technical requirements.
• Lead Data & AI initiatives from strategy through architecture, development and delivery.
• Create modular, scalable Data & AI components for enterprise environments.
• Ensure data governance, privacy, security, and production readiness.
