Job summary

Globe Telecom is seeking a Network Data Engineer to design, deploy and optimize scalable ETL/ELT pipelines that feed the NTG Data Mart. You will drive dimensional modeling, data quality, governance, and observability to empower analysts with reliable, analysis-ready data.

As part of Globe's data infrastructure team, you will own end-to-end data flows, ensure SLAs are met, and collaborate with data analysts and domain experts to refine models and features for strategic insights.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and deploying end-to-end ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Strong data modeling using star/snowflake schemas.
• Implement automated data quality checks and observability.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Pipeline Orchestration: Own the full lifecycle of data by architecting and operating automated ELT/ETL pipelines.
• Collaborative Schema & Dimensional Modeling: Partner with domain experts to translate business needs into scalable data models.
• Automated Validation & Observability: Build Data Quality as Code with automated testing and monitoring.
• Secure Governance & Data Transparency: Enforce security, IAM, and data cataloging with clear documentation.
• Standardization & Data Enablement: Bridge analysts with standardized, production-grade features.
