Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing large-scale data projects in insurance/financial services.
• Strong project management with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
• Experience with data governance, privacy, and regulatory reporting is advantageous.
• Certified in PMP or similar project management discipline is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data projects including migration, integration, and regulatory reporting.
• Define project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate with underwriting, claims, actuarial, and sales to align requirements.
• Ensure compliance with AXA's data governance standards and privacy policies.
• Monitor KPIs and deliverables; report to executives and sponsors.
• Drive change management and training for new data systems.
• Mentor cross-functional teams and promote best practices.
