Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in data engineering or software development.
• Strong Python skills for data engineering tasks.
• Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and querying.
• Experience with Apache Spark for large-scale data processing.
• Familiarity with Anthropic Claude Code and Databricks workflows.
• Excellent English proficiency (B2 or higher).

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines and data platforms.
• Build data ingestion and processing infrastructure using Spark, Kafka, and similar technologies.
• Improve data delivery, automate manual tasks, and redesign infra for scalability.
• Design data services with Spring Boot, ReactJS, NoSQL and related tools.
• Ensure governance of delivery processes and adherence to delivery models.
• Provide technical leadership and establish quality standards for delivery.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria in an agile/scrum workflow.
• Coordinate across teams to align delivery efforts and timelines.
• Support production deployment and ongoing operations.
