ERNI Schweiz AG seeks a Senior Data Platform Engineer to design, develop, and optimize an enterprise data platform on Microsoft Azure. You will build scalable data pipelines, data lakes, and warehouses, leveraging Databricks and Azure Data Factory, while collaborating with executives and stakeholders across regions.

The role emphasizes security, cost-efficiency, and modern data engineering practices within a hybrid setup in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data lake/warehouse architectures on Microsoft Azure.
• Support Databricks and Azure Data Factory deployments.
• Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot data platform performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with product delivery teams and business stakeholders to define data requirements and deliver dependable data solutions.
• Prepare high-level and detailed technical designs for data solutions.
• Apply best practices in software development, testing, deployment, and CI/CD automation.
• Develop and maintain secure, unit-tested code for platform components and data integration services.
• Participate in Agile delivery processes (Scrum/Kanban).
• Stay current with emerging data and analytics technologies and recommend continuous improvements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
