ERNI is seeking a Senior Data Platform Engineer to design, develop, and support enterprise data platforms on Azure. You will build secure data pipelines, data lake and warehouse architectures, and collaborate with product teams across regions in a hybrid Manila-based setup.

The role requires 5+ years in data/ platform engineering, experience with Databricks, Python, PySpark, and CI/CD, plus strong communication in English. Join a fast-growing team delivering impactful analytics solutions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in data engineering, platform engineering, or software engineering, including architecture, design, and development of integrated systems.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and modern data engineering practices.
• Experience developing scalable data pipelines and modern data warehouse solutions using Databricks, Python, and PySpark.
• Practical experience with relational databases, especially PostgreSQL.
• Experience developing microservices for data integration using TypeScript or Python.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure data pipelines and data lake/warehouse architectures on Microsoft Azure.
• Support the adoption and implementation of modern data engineering tools like Databricks and Azure Data Factory.
• Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot data platform performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with product delivery teams and stakeholders to define data requirements and deliver dependable data solutions.
• Prepare high-level and detailed technical designs for data solutions.
