Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of experience designing and implementing system integrations and data pipelines.
• Strong hands-on experience with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience with authentication: OAuth, API keys, and certificates.
• Data transformation, mapping, and error handling with retry mechanisms.
• Experience with integration platforms, middleware, or custom frameworks.
• Strong SQL skills and relational data modeling.
• Ability to understand complex systems and explain data flow to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with application owners to map current data flows and identify improvement areas.
• Translate business requirements into reliable, maintainable integrations.
• Design integrations across CRM, ERP, finance, HR, and analytics platforms.
• Ensure integrations are secure, observable, and with retry strategies.
• Develop, test, and deploy data pipelines; monitor health and root causes.
• Document standards and governance for integrations.
• Support production operations and incident response.
