Job summary

TE Connectivity Corporate Office Philippines is seeking a data governance and analytics professional to lead master data management, data quality, and BI initiatives across systems.

You will design governance standards, build ETL pipelines, and develop dashboards in Power BI and Tableau while partnering with IT, supply chain, and data owners to enable data-driven decisions.

The role requires 3–5+ years in MDM or analytics and offers collaboration with global teams.

Job description

Develop, implement, and maintain master data governance frameworks, standards, policies, and procedures to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.

Identify, collect, validate, cleanse, enrich, and standardize master data from multiple business systems and sources.

Establish and monitor data quality metrics, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to measure and improve data accuracy and reliability.

Partner with business stakeholders, supply chain teams, IT, and data owners to define master data requirements and governance processes.

Support the adoption, maintenance, and enhancement of Master Data Management (MDM) systems and tools.

Ensure data consistency across enterprise applications, databases, and reporting platforms.

Provide training and guidance to business users on data governance, master data standards, and best practices.

Data Analytics & Process Automation

Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and digital transformation.

Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources.

Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI and Tableau.

Develop automated solutions using technologies such as Python, SQL, Power Automate, Power Apps, VBA, UiPath, and other automation platforms.

Utilize statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data mining techniques to generate actionable business insights.

Perform root cause analysis and provide data-driven recommendations to improve operational performance and decision-making.

Support AI and machine learning initiatives by preparing, validating, and analyzing datasets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Management

Collaborate with business leaders, supply chain teams, IT, database administrators, and architecture teams to understand data and process requirements.

Lead or participate in data-related projects and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation.

Support the integration and testing of new data sources, systems, and digital tools.

Present analytical findings, recommendations, and business insights to stakeholders clearly and concisely.

Document data processes, governance standards, methodologies, and automation solutions for knowledge sharing and future reference.

Stay current with emerging technologies, analytics trends, AI solutions, and data management best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

3-5+ years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, or related disciplines.

Strong understanding of data governance, data quality management, and master data processes.

Experience with SQL and relational databases.

Experience with data transformation, ETL development, and data integration.

Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and VBA.

Experience with Python for data analysis, automation, and process improvement.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization skills.

Experience working with large datasets and multiple enterprise systems.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
