Socium - Teams Done Differently seeks a Data Governance & Quality Lead to architect and lead a trusted, secure, compliant data environment across the organization.

You will establish governance standards, enforce access controls, improve data quality, and enable responsible data use and AI. This technical role requires hands-on work with Databricks Unity Catalog, Azure, identity and access management, data cataloging, lineage, classification, and data-quality controls.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in Data Governance, Data Management or related field.
• Hands-on experience with data cataloging and access control, preferably Databricks/Unity Catalog.
• Strong understanding of ownership, metadata, lineage, privacy and data quality.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Management, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics.

Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce data governance standards and access controls.
• Administer and govern Databricks Unity Catalog, data catalogs, schemas, classifications and masking.
• Develop and implement data-quality, privacy, security and residency policies across ASEAN markets.
• Coordinate with Data Stewards, IT, Security, Risk and business units to ensure accountability.
• Support responsible AI and model-risk governance with policy-as-code.
