ZigZag is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design, build, and scale cloud-based data platforms that enable trusted analytics, operational reporting, and data-driven decision making across the organisation. This role will own Snowflake architecture, develop robust ELT/ETL pipelines, and drive governance, performance, and cost optimisation at scale.

You will partner with product, engineering, and analytics teams to deliver impactful data solutions.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or analytics engineering.
• Experience designing multi-region enterprise-scale data platform architectures.
• Strong SQL and data transformation optimization skills.
• Experience building robust ELT/ETL pipelines and orchestration workflows.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data governance.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and scale cloud-native data platforms and pipelines.
• Lead Snowflake architecture, performance tuning, security, and governance.
• Develop scalable ELT/ETL pipelines from multiple sources.
• Create maintainable data models and semantic layers for analytics.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Ops, Finance, and Analytics stakeholders.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering standards.
