Job summary

ERNI is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise‑scale data solutions across Master Data Management, cloud data platforms, data engineering, analytics, and business intelligence.

You will collaborate with data engineers, architects, analysts, business stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams to build scalable, secure, and reliable data solutions that align with Manila business hours for a 1-year project engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering/Data Science or related field.
• 5+ years in Data Engineering/Software/Analytics Engineering.
• 5+ years designing/Developing enterprise-scale solutions.
• Strong Java application development experience.
• Experience with Master Data Management platforms.
• Cloud-based data solutions design/implementation experience.
• Hands-on data pipelines with Python, PySpark, SQL.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise MDM solutions.
• Develop MDM applications using Java and modern technologies.
• Build Master Data and Reference Data APIs.
• Ensure data quality, governance, integrity, and consistency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data standards and processes.
• Design and implement scalable cloud-based data platforms.
• Develop secure, reliable data pipelines (batch/near real-time).
• Build and optimize data integration workflows.
• Monitor and troubleshoot platform performance.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation.
