PM Consulting is seeking a Senior Data Engineer in Pasig with hybrid work arrangements (3 days onsite, 2 days on work from home). You will own major sections of the data platform, delivering accurate and timely data to internal stakeholders while partnering with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 3–4 years of data engineering experience, strong Python and SQL skills, and experience with Airflow or Dagster and cloud data warehouses.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–4 years of data/analytics engineering experience with end-to-end data pipelines.
• Proficiency in Python for ETL/ELT and advanced SQL.
• Hands-on experience with orchestration tools like Airflow or Dagster.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and cloud data warehouses (Redshift/BigQuery/Snowflake).
• Strong communication and ability to lead technical discussions across teams.
• Problem solving and ability to turn ambiguous problems into actionable deliverables.

Aufgaben

• Architect and scope new pipelines and solutions with leadership review.
• Lead development and maintenance of complex, secure data pipelines.
• Own core data infrastructure for reliability and maintainability.
• Review code and ensure adherence to data engineering standards.
• Mentor junior data engineers and provide technical guidance.
• Escalate and resolve pipeline incidents and data quality issues.
• Collaborate with IT/security to ensure uptime and security of pipelines.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to meet data requirements and SLA targets.
