Qualifications

5+ years of experience in working with Databases.
Proficiency in SQL development, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views across multiple database platforms (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle 11g).
Strong database design skills such as normalization, indexing strategies, partitioning, and performance optimization for large-scale government datasets.
Knowledge in query optimization, execution plan analysis, and database performance tuning for high-volume transactional systems.
Familiarity with cloud database services (Amazon RDS, Azure SQL Database, Google Cloud SQL) and hybrid cloud architectures.
Knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB).
