Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data engineering, big data, or related field.
• Master's or Bachelor's in Computer Science/Data Science or equivalent.
• Proven experience with scalable data pipelines and production data systems.
• Strong Python (Pandas, NumPy) and SQL in real-world projects.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases and modern data architectures.
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional AI/data science teams.
• Hands-on with agentic workflows and AI orchestration frameworks (e.g., MCP, LangChain).

Responsibilities

• Define and optimize data structures and architectures for availability, accessibility, and performance.
• Design and implement scalable data pipelines (ETL/ELT) for structured and unstructured data (sensor and image data).
• Collaborate with data scientists, business analysts, and engineering teams in AI and analytics projects.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions for data management and processing.
• Drive innovation by introducing new technologies and improving data architecture.
• Design, implement, and operationalize agentic workflows and AI orchestration systems to enable scalable intelligent automation.
• Lead and contribute to cross-site digitalization and data initiatives.
