Qualifications

• Min. 5+ years of experience in data engineering, big data, or related field.
• Master or Bachelor in Computer Science / Data Science or equivalents.
• Proven experience building scalable data pipelines and production data systems.
• Strong Python (Pandas, NumPy) and SQL in real-world projects.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases and modern data architecture.
• Practical experience collaborating in cross-functional AI/data science teams.
• Hands-on experience with agentic workflows and AI orchestration frameworks (MCP, LangChain, multi-agent systems).

Responsibilities

• Define and optimize data structures and architectures to ensure availability, accessibility, and performance.
• Design and implement scalable data pipelines (ETL/ELT) to process structured and unstructured data (e.g., sensor and image data).
• Collaborate closely with data scientists, business analysts, and engineering teams in AI and advanced analytics projects.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions for data management and processing.
• Drive innovation by introducing new technologies and improving data architecture.
• Design, implement, and operationalize agentic workflows and AI orchestration systems to enable scalable intelligent automation.
• Lead and contribute to cross-site digitalization and data initiatives.
