Job summary

Complete Development (CoDev) is hiring a Data Engineer to own and evolve our Azure Data Factory pipelines and Power BI/Microsoft Fabric reporting. You will design and build data pipelines, models, and reports while maintaining existing solutions and ensuring data quality across ERP/CRM sources.

The role emphasizes independence and end-to-end ownership in a remote, Philippines-based setting. You will collaborate with a small Data & Analytics team, working CST overlap with US stakeholders, and

Qualifications

• Hands-on and independent experience with Azure Data Factory.
• 4+ years building and supporting production ETL/ELT pipelines.
• 4+ years of Power BI development and reporting.
• Strong data modeling and DAX skills, with performance focus.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric components (Lakehouse, Warehouse, Dataflows).
• Strong T-SQL skills in SQL Server or Azure SQL.
• Understanding of data warehousing (dimensional modeling, SCD, medallion architecture).
• Experience with ERP/CRM source data; SAP or Dynamics 365 preferred.
• Data quality, validation, and reconciliation experience.
• Ability to own production systems end-to-end and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate existing ADF pipelines, monitor, troubleshoot, and tune performance.
• Maintain Power BI and Fabric solutions including datasets and reports.
• Diagnose data/report issues and implement fixes with business stakeholders.
• Develop new ADF pipelines and Fabric data flows per standards.
• Create scalable data solutions with strong data modeling and DAX.
• Document solutions, runbooks, and knowledge for continuity.
