The role requires a Bachelor's degree with an RME/REE license and 10+ years in data center engineering, operations, and maintenance supervision, plus strong vendor management and budgetary skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and Registered Mechanical Engineer (RME) or Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) license; 10+ years in trades or equivalent technical experience.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in data center engineering, operations, and maintenance supervision with leadership accountability.
• Strong background in vendor management, procurement processes, contract negotiations, and managing SLAs for critical facility equipment.
• Deep understanding of Critical Environment Management procedures and standardized processes across multi-shift operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all building systems and supervise engineers and technicians.
• Ensure implementation of the 52-week planned preventive maintenance program and compliance with safety standards.
• Apprise the Account Manager of operational status and provide strategic recommendations.
• Manage budgets (OPEX & CAPEX) and ensure accurate reporting.
• Coordinate with Client Data Center Manager to meet service levels and uptime targets.
