Job summary

One Call Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Data Analytics Manager to lead our analytics operations and data strategy. You will oversee BI infrastructure, dashboards, predictive modeling, and executive reporting for client-focused metrics and internal efficiency.

The role requires guiding a BI/analytics team within a BPO environment, delivering insights that drive margins, capacity planning, and service delivery improvements on a global client portfolio.

Qualifications

• Industry experience in the BPO sector.
• Leadership experience in analytics or BI with 3+ years in a direct BPO leadership role.
• Strong SQL and data warehousing skills.
• Experience with BI tooling and predictive analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics operations team within a BPO context.
• Design real-time dashboards for operational metrics and client analytics.
• Define enterprise reporting frameworks and analytics roadmap.
• Oversee data architecture, governance and data pipelines.
• Perform advanced analytics, forecasting, and capacity planning.
• Translate technical findings into executive presentations.
