Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering/Data Analytics or related field.
• 4+ years in Data Platform Development.
• Strong SQL optimization, Power BI, DAX, Spark, PySpark, Spark SQL.
• Python for automation and analytics.
• Git and modern development practices.
• Ability to partner with stakeholders and translate business requirements.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

What You'll Do

Design & Build Modern Data Platforms

• Develop scalable data pipelines, data products, and analytics solutions.
• Engineer cloud-native architectures that support enterprise reporting and future AI initiatives.

Drive Data Modernization

• Lead the migration of legacy reporting and BI environments to modern cloud platforms.

Partner with Business Leaders

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in:

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Databricks, Delta Lake, DLT Pipelines, Databricks SQL, and Unity Catalog
• Exposure to Azure, AWS, or cloud-native analytics platforms
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale or customer-facing operations
• Cloud, Databricks, or analytics certifications
• Experience with data modernization, machine learning, or advanced analytics environments
