Sutherland is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations in Manila to lead high-impact strategic initiatives and partner with senior leaders to define objectives, develop plans, and drive execution. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an analytical discipline such as finance, economics, engineering, or mathematics.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in Strategy, Operations, Management Consulting, Corporate Planning, Investment Banking, Business Transformation, Analytics, or related fields.
• Experience leading enterprise-level strategic initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong financial, operational, and analytical modeling capabilities.
• Advanced analytical and Excel modeling skills; SQL, Python, or R proficiency is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive outcomes in matrixed organizations.
• Strong project management, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences.
