Job summary

Ascendion is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst in Metro Manila to drive data-driven decisions. You will extract, analyze and interpret data using SQL and ServiceNow, build reports, and help optimize operational processes.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 3 years of experience, with strong Excel skills and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/IS/Statistics or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar.
• Strong proficiency in SQL (complex queries, joins, stored procedures, data manipulation).
• Hands-on experience using ServiceNow for reporting, data management, or analytics.
• Experience with Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, advanced formulas).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
