Data Analyst to join the Global Quality and EHS team in Cebu. You will collect, analyze, and interpret data related to product and service quality, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to improve quality, safety, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with TQM systems, Power BI, SharePoint, and other analytical tools, with a focus on dashboarding, predictive modeling, and cross-functional

Qualifications

Strong data analysis capability to identify issues and provide solutions.
Experience with data mining and predictive modeling is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Data Collection and Analysis: gather data from multiple sources and validate it for accuracy.
Quality & EHS Monitoring: develop dashboards and publish performance metrics for Quality and EHS indicators.
Advanced Analytics: design analytics projects, use Power BI and SharePoint for sharing data, apply statistical techniques.
Strategic Reporting: prepare executive summaries, conduct risk assessments, and lead stakeholder reviews.
