Job summary

ULTRA CLEAN TECHNOLOGY (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. Philippines is seeking a Quality Engineer I to support manufacturing quality programs and ensure components meet requirements.

You will collaborate with the Quality Manager and cross-functional teams to support new product launches and continuous improvement. This entry-level role requires basic knowledge of SPC, QA systems, and data analysis; fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Strong background in statistical analysis and SPC to analyze data and identify trends.
• Experience implementing quality systems in manufacturing and driving improvements.
• Excellent communication, training and organizational skills.
• Proficient with QA systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with relevant degrees preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate quality activities with the Quality Manager.
• Perform reviews of design documentation for compliance with standards.
• Utilize SPC to analyze performance data and trends.
• Evaluate incoming materials and components for acceptance.
• Conduct First Article Inspection (FAI) and manage FAIR documentation.
• Investigate nonconformances and implement CAPA to prevent recurrence.
• Document quality assurance activities and report findings.
• Develop corrective actions and innovative QA solutions.
• Present quality data and program updates to team and management.
• Maintain knowledge of government and industry quality standards.
