Qualifications

• 3–5 years applying advanced statistical analysis and data-driven problem solving to business/workforce questions.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field is required.
• Strong coding in Python, R, SQL to prepare, analyze, and interpret data.
• Experience with statistical methods, hypothesis testing, regression, and trend analysis.
• Experience creating data visualizations and dashboards with BI tools like Power BI.
• Ability to translate analyses into clear findings for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hypothesis-driven analysis of workforce and organizational questions using appropriate methods.
• Translate business questions into structured analytical approaches and data requirements.
• Use Python/R/SQL to prepare and validate complex datasets.
• Apply descriptive and inferential statistics, regression, and segmentation to identify drivers.
• Develop visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings for stakeholders.
• Interpret findings in business context and recommend next steps.
• Leverage AI and ML tools where appropriate to enhance insights.
• Create lightweight analytical applications to support decision making.
