Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Global Experience Lead Analyst, Data and Insights who will drive data-informed decision-making across the Talent Acquisition ecosystem. The role partners with leadership to translate data into insights, develop dashboards, KPI frameworks, and scalable reporting solutions that improve onboarding and hiring experiences.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, HR, Information Systems, or related discipline.
5+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, workforce operations, HR operations, onboarding, or process improvement.
Experience building dashboards, reports, scorecards, and KPI frameworks.
Advanced skills with Power BI, Excel, Power Automate, and HR tech tools.

Responsibilities

Own the development and maintenance of global recruiting and onboarding dashboards, scorecards, and reports.
Analyze metrics and adoption trends to identify insights and opportunities.
Create KPI frameworks and standardize reporting across regions and functions.
Translate data into actionable recommendations for leadership decisions.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives for onboarding programs and tools.
