Job summary

Xpress is building its data capability in Manila, and this senior analytics hire will set the standards, dashboards, and documentation the team uses. You will be the data team, shaping how data informs decisions across operations, product, and leadership, with real impact on how rides are matched and passenger experience is improved.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on analytics experience in relevant domains.
• Expert SQL skills for complex production queries.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses (Databricks, BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift).
• Proficiency with product analytics platforms (Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar).
• Ability to build dashboards used by operations teams daily.
• Clear communication to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define data standards, dashboard templates, and documentation norms for the analytics team.
• Own core marketplace analytics and reporting.
• Mentor 2–3 junior/mid-level analysts who join the team.
• Translate data into actionable insights for executives and operations.
