Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Data Analyst III to transform enterprise data into actionable insights. You will build dashboards, perform advanced analysis, monitor data quality, and deliver reporting across master data domains.

You’ll collaborate with data engineers, MDM teams, and leadership to identify trends and enable data-driven decisions. Proficiency with Databricks, Power BI, and cloud platforms is expected.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, BI, reporting, or analytics.
• Experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong SQL development and data analysis experience.
• Experience with large datasets from multiple enterprise systems.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into analytical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise dashboards and scorecards using Power BI/Tableau or similar.
• Create visualizations communicating trends, metrics, and data quality indicators.
• Develop self-service reporting solutions for business users.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate into scalable dashboards.
• Ensure reporting accuracy and governance alignment.
