Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Data Engineer in a hybrid role, based in the Philippines. You will help build and maintain data pipelines, support MDM and data quality processes, and enable trusted data delivery for reporting and analytics across enterprise platforms.

The role offers hands-on experience with Databricks, cloud platforms, and modern data technologies while collaborating with data services teams to improve data governance and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply; internship, academic projects, or capstone experience involving databases, ETL, analytics, or cloud technologies is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in: Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical discipline
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and data governance concepts is beneficial

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Support data integration activities from multiple enterprise systems and data sources.
• Help monitor and troubleshoot data processing jobs to ensure reliability and performance.
• Participate in data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.
