About The Team As an Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Mall Acquisition, Incubation, and Offsite teams by providing valuable insights and conducting in-depth analyses of relevant data and information.

Your work will directly contribute to the planning, strategizing, and decision-making processes of the organization. Job Description Collect, analyse, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.

Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations that effectively communicate key findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Conduct thorough assessments to identify data-related issues impacting business processes and operational efficiency. Identify and propose improvements to existing processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance analytical capabilities.

Develop and implement comprehensive data strategies – including ad hoc reports, data standardization, data cleaning, and process automation – that ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and integrity. Perform statistical analysis and modeling to uncover trends, patterns, and insights. Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and visualizations to facilitate data-driven decision-making.

Collaborate with the Mall Acquisition, Incubation, and Offsite teams to understand their requirements and provide proactive analytical support. Conduct research and gather market intelligence to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscapes. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields such as Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Management Engineering or its equivalent 5+ years in data analysis, preferably in a business or marketing analytics role Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights Proven ability to work independently and navigate cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical insights into business impact Highly organized, detail-oriented and adaptable in fast-paced environments Data-driven mindset with a strong focus on performance and results
