PFCC Group is seeking a Senior Cyber Security Analyst to bolster its Information Security team in safeguarding the organisation against evolving cyber threats. The role focuses on monitoring security events, investigating potential threats, and supporting incident response across the enterprise technology environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in IT/cybersecurity, preferably SOC operations.
• Bachelor's in CS/InfoSec/IS or related field.
• Understanding TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, SMTP.
• Familiarity with SIEM, EDR/XDR, endpoint security.
• Windows, Linux, identity management, cloud and SaaS.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Cybersecurity certifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and investigate security alerts across SIEM, EDR/XDR, cloud, email and network security platforms.
• Perform alert triage, validate suspicious activities, and elevate security incidents when necessary.
• Collect evidence, document investigations, and execute incident response procedures.
• Review threat intelligence and support threat hunting activities.
• Collaborate with security teams to enhance incident response processes and security operations.
