Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer, Cross-Platform Management, to design, implement and manage security architectures across cloud and on-prem environments. This role focuses on SOAR, SIEM, EDR/XDR, NGAV and cloud security, ensuring data and infrastructure protection with best practices.

You will work with a team of experts, coordinating with various technical groups, and contribute to security strategy, regulatory compliance and incident response automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
• Minimum 6+ years in cybersecurity design, build and implementation in large-scale environments.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM/EDR/XDR tools and cloud security.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, build, implement and upgrade security systems.
• Continuously review and enforce security controls across client infrastructure.
• Conduct capacity planning for security appliances and licenses; advise on hardware refresh.
• Document project steps, coordinate with teams, and drive security initiatives.
• Design security project plans for SIEM, XDR, NGAV and cloud-native security.
• Contribute to TechOps strategies and roadmaps to enable business goals.
