Job summary

2X is a premium MaaS marketing partner seeking a Senior Creative Designer in Manila to lead the creation of high-quality B2B digital assets. You will oversee a design team, guiding concepts that align with client goals and brand standards, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable marketing results.

The role emphasizes strong typography, layout, color harmony, and a solid grasp of marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field.
• 5–6 years of graphic design experience with print and digital projects.
• Experience leading a team of junior designers.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and MS Office (PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to present design concepts and visualize ideas.
• Strong design sense with typography, layout, and color harmony.
• Fluent English in speaking, reading, and writing.

Responsibilities

• Brand Integration: Develop and execute design concepts for campaigns that effectively communicate and enhance our clients' brands.
• Design Adaptation: Understand client requirements to create elegant, detailed, accessible marketing materials tailored to the target audience while adhering to tight deadlines.
• Partnership and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a trusted partner to directors, principals, and senior managers; collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define design objectives.
• Client Management: Manage client feedback and revisions, ensuring designs meet client expectations and project requirements.
• People Management: Lead, mentor, and manage designers, fostering a positive, collaborative environment.
• Design solutions for sales and digital marketing materials, including ABM and demand-generation campaigns.
• Lead strategic assessment and produce digital marketing collaterals (white papers, case studies, eBooks, infographics, sales enablement docs, and social posts).
• PowerPoint creation and beautification.
