Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a senior accounting professional in Makati City to supervise and enhance accounting processes. You will ensure accurate books, implement internal controls, and coordinate with auditors while preparing budgets and management reports.

Ideal candidates hold a CPA with 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and a proven ability to train and lead accounting personnel. Wen to start ASAP.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or Accounting, CPA preferred.
• 3–5 years in General Accounting; supervision experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Experienced in preparing and analyzing financial statements and management reports.
• Tax compliance knowledge: VAT, withholding taxes, and income tax returns.
• Budgeting, variance analysis, and cost monitoring experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software/systems.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise implementation of accounting systems and policies.
• Ensure proper recording of transactions and documentation.
• Prepare and review financial and management reports and schedules.
• Prepare company budget and perform variance analysis.
• Process payroll and supplier payments; review vouchers.
• Review inventory costs and product costing for accuracy.
• Coordinate with external auditors and government agencies.
• Maintain data integrity and confidentiality; train accounting staff.
