Job summary

Eggs Unlimited is seeking a skilled Cost Accountant to join our finance team in the Philippines. The role focuses on cost data management, variance analysis, and supporting budgeting, forecasting, and cost audits.

Ideal candidates will have CPA preferred status, strong Excel capabilities (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEXMATCH, Power Query), and experience in manufacturing or retail cost accounting. Collaboration with supply chain and operations is essential.

Qualifications

• CPA license strongly preferred.
• Cost analysis experience for manufacturing or retail strongly preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and lookup functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEXMATCH), Power Query.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem solving.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑department collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and analyze cost data with accurate allocation of labor, materials, and overhead.
• Perform reconciliations on all variance accounts.
• Monitor inventory accuracy including packaging.
• Prepare monthly cost reports, cost forecasts and budgets, financial analysis and audits.
• Collaborate with supply chain, operation, and accounting to streamline processes.
• Support ERP implementation and data accuracy enhancements.
• Support COGS analysis by reviewing inventory movements and variances.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Stay updated on cost accounting standards and best practices.
