Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• Experience in general accounting, cost accounting, manufacturing accounting, or inventory accounting.
• Knowledge of manufacturing costs, inventory valuation, cost variance analysis, and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with Philippine taxation and BIR requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Experience with ERP or computerized accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and maintain manufacturing cost and expense data.
• Prepare monthly cost reports, including standard vs actual costs and variances.
• Analyze product costs, landed costs, profit margins, and cost forecasts.
• Coordinate physical inventory counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Support general accounting activities including reconciliations and month-/year-end closing.
• Prepare and assist in filing applicable tax returns (VAT, withholding tax, and income tax).
• Ensure compliance with BIR requirements, including CAS regulations.
• Assist in internal and external audits.
• Coordinate with production, materials control, audit, and other departments for accurate records.
