• Coordinate preparation, execution, and filing of corporate documents with headquarters, stakeholders, and external secretaries.
• Review board/shareholder resolutions and statutory filings.
• Coordinate corporate actions and ensure regulatory compliance timelines.
• Maintain corporate records, registers, governance docs, and legal databases.
• Coordinate approvals and signatures from authorized signatories.
• Plan and administer Board meetings including agendas, papers, notices, resolutions, and minutes.
• Advise management on governance, duties, and compliance with the Singapore Companies Act.
• Review governance processes and identify risks for improvements.
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive corporate information and provide general corporate support.
