Job summary

RG Group Management Corporation in Taguig is seeking a Credit Officer to review corporate applications, perform financial analysis, and arrive at lending decisions within the approved authority while protecting portfolio quality.

You will assess borrowers and major shareholders with the Account Officer, verify financial statements and third‑party data, prepare in‑depth credit proposals, and present recommendations to CreCom for loan packages and renewals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Credit Evaluation and Financial analysis of CORPORATE LOANS.
• Experience in commercial banking/financing company credit evaluation/underwriting for corporate accounts.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial assessment of the corporate borrower and major shareholders/directors with clarification as needed.
• Interview and conduct ocular inspection with client to determine risk profile and validate business operations.
• Check Loandex, NFIS, and other credit bureaus to support risk assessment.
• Conduct trade checks with borrowers' customers and suppliers.
• Analyze and validate submitted bank statements for repayment capacity.
• Prepare financial spreadsheets based on audited statements to assess repayment ability.
• Develop in-depth credit proposals including company background, financial analysis, and field notes; present recommendations.
