Job summary

LogiScale Inc. is seeking a Corporate Legal Counsel & Data Privacy Officer to manage legal affairs, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead data protection initiatives. The role covers contract governance, labor matters, and representing the company in legal proceedings.

You will oversee privacy programs, respond to incidents, and coordinate with regulators while supporting ISO, HIPAA, and related certifications. A law degree and Philippine Bar licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Law degree and Philippine Bar licensure required.
• Experience in corporate, regulatory, and data privacy matters.
• Background in ISO, HIPAA, or similar standards is a plus.
• Experience within BPO, shared services, or tech environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on corporate, regulatory, labor, and compliance matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients and partners.
• Ensure transactions comply with laws and internal policies; mitigate risks.
• Lead data privacy governance, audits, and incident responses.
• Coordinate with regulators, counsel, and internal teams on compliance programs.
• Support certifications and governance through audits and documentation.
• Monitor regulatory developments and brief management on impact.
