Job summary

Joy~Nostalg Group in the Philippines seeks a Corporate Legal Counsel to serve as the company’s primary legal advisor. The role involves shaping policy, enforcing compliance, and mitigating legal risks across operations.

You will advise on employment law, contracts, procurement, governance, and M&A; manage litigation and external counsel; and implement a robust internal control framework with leadership support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in law from a Philippine university.
• Active bar status with MCLE compliance.
• 3–5 years governance and corporate law experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical legal guidance across corporate matters and policies.
• Review and develop company policies; anticipate risks and mitigate them.
• Advise on contracts, procurement, and major transactions.
• Oversee litigation and external counsel, manage costs and strategy.
• Monitor legislative/regulatory developments and brief leadership.
