Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement content strategies for digital platforms.
• Create and publish engaging content across social media and newsletters.
• Manage the Town Council's website and digital channels for accuracy and accessibility.
• Monitor metrics and report on engagement, traffic, and sentiment.
• Support crisis communication plans and incident response.
• Coordinate media relations and press engagements.
• Oversee external vendors and budgets for communications initiatives.
• Draft communications for internal and external audiences.
