Job summary

Technocracy Group is seeking a Data Migration Lead to support a core banking transformation program for a client in the Philippines. The lead will own the data migration stream end-to-end, including strategy, requirement analysis, and To-Be solution design and integrations.

The role requires hands-on, end-to-end migration delivery experience, including mapping, profiling, cleansing, mock loads, dress rehearsals, cutover, and hypercare, with strong communication to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on data migration within core banking programs.
• End-to-end experience from mapping to cutover.
• Experience with data reconciliation and governance.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Based in the Philippines for the project duration.

Responsibilities

• Own the data migration workstream end to end, including analysis, design, and sign-off with stakeholders.
• Plan and execute data mapping, profiling, cleansing, and reconciliation across systems.
• Coordinate SIT/UAT support, defect triage, and production cutover activities.
• Manage cross-team dependencies and vendor interactions to meet milestones.
• Prepare regular status updates and escalate risks and issues proactively.
• Ensure data masking and production-data handling controls for non-production environments.
