The role involves writing long-form web copy, headlines, and calls to action for multiple formats, while collaborating across creatives and planners to deliver high-impact campaigns.

You will balance creative excellence with client satisfaction, manage multiple projects, and contribute to跨-disciplinary teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of work experience with a strong ideas book
• Strong knowledge of TV advertising, especially 15s; digital and social media jargon; AI knowledge a plus
• Strong FMCG background/experience, especially in SEA; healthcare knowledge a plus
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment
• Excellent collaboration and people skills across disciplines and teams
• Desire to do brand-building, product-selling, and award-winning work
• Marketing sense and ability to develop cross-channel campaign platforms
• Naturally well organized and deadline-driven

Responsibilities

• Concept and collaborate with the creative team including writers, designers, and programmers
• Write compelling long-form website copy, headlines, taglines, and calls to action
• Write in multiple styles and formats for various channels
• Set visual tone and messages to communicate with the target audience and project goals
• Develop creative ideas meeting client and business objectives with creative excellence
• Present and review work with Executive Creative Directors and management
• Manage multiple projects from concept to completion with in-house and vendor teams
• Collaborate with Account Management, Planning and broader team to develop disruptive work
• Lead brainstorming sessions
