Job summary

M&G plc is seeking a Controls Assurance Senior Manager to partner with AVP/VP and drive control testing across Technology, Third Party Risk Management, Operational Resilience and Data & Privacy. You'll assess the control framework, identify gaps, and validate remediation actions while collaborating with risk and compliance teams.

You will build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, support issue assurance, and help implement improvements in the risk landscape.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of risk management practices and controls.
• Experience with IT risk, outsourcing and regulatory requirements.
• Certifications like CRISC/CISA would be advantageous.
• Ability to translate technical risk into clear business concepts.

Responsibilities

• Perform control testing across Technology, Third Party Risk Management, Operational Resilience, and Data & Privacy.
• Support the Issue Assurance processes.
• Support management with remediation of control gaps and implementation of improvements.
• Assist AVP/VP in carrying out control testing and issue assurance.
