Job summary

Emd Group in the Philippines is seeking a finance professional to translate and consolidate financial data for government survey questionnaires in the US and Canada, using consolidation techniques. You will work with controllers and accounting partners on P&L inputs and provide preparatory workings.

You will gather and consolidate data on headcount, ownership, patents, imports/exports, and support sign-offs.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of financial statements and related terminologies.
• Ability to network with SMEs outside Finance.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Understand of financial statements of Company legal entities.
• Translate Company financials to the definition & terminology of survey questionnaires of US and Canada using consolidation techniques.
• Work with controllers and accounting partners on topics of P&L and prepare workings for inputs for surveys.
• Gather, collect, compile & consolidate data for non-finance topics such as Headcount, FTEs, Shareholding, Patents, Imports & Exports.
• Conduct walkthroughs of preparations/workings for stakeholders seeking approval & signoff.
• Submit survey questionnaires in government agency portals.
• Handle queries on financial & non-financial topics and respond promptly & accurately.
