Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) seeks a Content Infrastructure Owner at the Manager level to oversee the evolution of internal tools and capabilities for the Content Operations organisation. You will define strategy, gather stakeholder feedback, and ensure new functionality is fit for purpose for both internal and external customers.

The role requires a history of technology-led transformation, collaboration across borders, and the ability to influence teams without formal authority.

Qualifications

• BSc in Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics or related field.
• 10+ years in financial markets and operations with data orientation.
• Strong leadership, collaboration and strategic thinking.
• At least 5 years leading teams and managing talent.
• Experience delivering transformational changes in customer- and product-led settings.
• Ability to articulate business cases and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Review technology to identify efficient mechanisms supporting activity in scope.
• Assess interactions across Content teams and identify process gaps to drive automation.
• Collaborate with UI/Tools to minimize workflow gaps.
• Deploy capabilities into Content Production and evolve capabilities continuously.
• Define KPIs and reporting for tool effectiveness and stability.
• Guide strategic direction of the Content function and cross-functional influence.
