Qualifications

• BSc in Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics or related field.
• 10+ years of financial markets and operations experience focused on data operations.
• Proven leadership with cross-functional influence and talent development.
• 5+ years leading teams and delivering transformational, customer- and product-led changes.

Responsibilities

• Review technology and identify the most efficient mechanisms to support activity in scope.
• Assess interactions between Content teams and handoffs to identify process gaps and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with tools/UI to minimize process gaps and improve usability.
• Deploy capabilities into Content Production and continuously evolve capabilities.
• Define and own parameters to report tool effectiveness and KPI status.
