Job summary

ClickHouse, Inc. is expanding its Support Services team and seeks a Senior Consulting Engineer to blend hands-on engineering with consultative support for enterprise customers worldwide.

You will work on design, migration, and deployment while providing guidance during onboarding, production launches, and POCs. This role also covers 24x7 support with travel up to 35% for regional onsite needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Professional Services, Support, Technical Accounts Management, Engineering/SRE, or Project Management.
• 5+ years in implementing, operating, and supporting scalable, distributed DBMS.
• Breadth in DBMS, OLAP, Cloud/SaaS, distributed systems, Linux/Unix, Kubernetes, system/network administration, and big data.
• Experience leading large technical projects with multiple engineers.
• Experience with public clouds (AWS, GCP, Azure) and IaaS like EC2.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, architecture, integration, and deployment for customer projects.
• Provide consultative support during onboarding, production launches, and POCs.
• Assist with on-call support across L1-L3 and customer communications.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales on roadmaps and accounts.
