Job summary

K84 Construction and Development Corporation is seeking a Project Engineer to plan, coordinate, and supervise construction activities at our Quezon City site. Fresh graduates with a Civil Engineering degree are welcome to apply and will contribute to project scheduling, quality control, and cost monitoring.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Fresh Graduate welcome to apply).
2–5 years of experience in construction project management.
Knowledgeable in construction methods, project scheduling, and quality control.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily construction activities and site operations.
Ensure work complies with approved plans, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
Review shop drawings and resolve technical and site issues.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
Monitor project costs and assist in budget control.
Perform other duties assigned by management.
