Job summary

Scrubbed is seeking a Compliance & Risk Lead to oversee the company’s compliance, risk management, governance, and internal controls across US and Philippine operations.

The role involves identifying exposures, coordinating mitigations, and reporting to senior leadership. It requires knowledge of applicable laws, risk frameworks, and strong stakeholder collaboration with Legal, Finance, HR, IT, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Practical knowledge of legal, contractual terms and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with US and Philippine compliance
• Knowledge of ERM, governance and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage contractual, legal, regulatory, and governance obligations.
• Maintain contract/compliance trackers with deadlines and reporting.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, HR, IT and Operations to assign obligations.
• Monitor insurance, data protection, security, audit rights, subcontracting and service levels.
• Support governance activities and remediation reporting.
• Escalate material compliance and governance issues to senior management.
