Job summary

Deutsche Bank in Manila seeks a Compliance & AFC - Reports Manager, AVP, to lead a team focused on reviewing and controlling a broad portfolio of reports. You will steer an international team and shape a wider Book-of-Work for reporting, including remediation of findings.

The role requires strong editorial and analytical skills and a track record of delivering accurate, audience-aware content. The position analyzes and standardizes global reports, reports to senior management and the Supervisory

Qualifications

• Excellent editorial, analysis and writing skills with ability to craft holistic storylines.
• Deep knowledge of Deutsche Bank's risk frameworks.
• Experience managing people and engaging with senior stakeholders across locations.
• Ability to lead teams and drive improvements in reporting processes.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and ensure responsible data use.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design a team across Germany, the UK, Singapore, and the US; oversee reporting productivity and team development.
• Streamline production and alignment of 20+ global and regional reports on Compliance and Financial Crime Risk.
• Produce audience‑oriented content with accuracy and timeliness for senior management and the Supervisory Board.
• Act as key C&AFC Reporting contact for senior management and stakeholders.
• Remediate findings in global and regional reports and support the wider Frameworks & Programmes Function.
